This group is about understanding yourself more clearly. Why you react the way you do. Why certain things hit so hard. Why you say yes when you mean no. Why rest feels uncomfortable. Why you can know something logically and still feel something completely different emotionally.
Over 6 weeks, we'll explore the patterns, reactions, emotional habits, and coping strategies that quietly shape the way you move through life, work, relationships, and everyday situations. You'll get thoughtful teaching, practical tools, space to reflect, and honest conversations that help things start making a bit more sense.
And genuinely, one of the best parts of group work is realising you're not the only person whose brain turns a slightly awkward interaction into a three-day emotional investigation. There's something really relieving about hearing other people describe the thoughts, fears, habits, and reactions you thought were uniquely yours. People come to the end of the group sessions feeling clearer, calmer, less tangled up in their own heads, and far less alone in the things they've been carrying.
What's included
Six weekly group sessions, plus a 1:1 session with me that you can book during the sign-up process. (When you're booking in, you'll reach a section called "Choose Time" and that's where you can book the 1:1). The 1:1 is yours to use however feels most useful, whether that's before the programme starts to get your bearings, or during the six weeks when something comes up that you want to think through more privately.
